I have dedicated my life to the practice and teaching of Ashtanga Yoga. I was introduced to the practice in 2017 while living in Morocco, and I was immediately drawn to the way it combines physical intensity, mindfulness, and spiritual growth.
Over the years, my practice has evolved into a path of self-discovery and transformation, and it is this experience that I strive to share with my students. I am known for my clear and precise teaching style, attention to detail, and my ability to guide students through challenging yet deeply rewarding sequences.
In my classes, breath is the foundation. I emphasize its importance to help students cultivate a focused and meditative state of mind throughout their practice. My approach is both physically demanding and grounding, creating a space where strength, flexibility, and inner calm can coexist. Students often leave my classes feeling energized, balanced, and profoundly connected to themselves.
Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, my intention is to guide you through a journey that goes beyond the physical postures—towards mindfulness, resilience, and self-awareness.
